TO MEASURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION LEVEL PERIODICALLY THROUGH STUDENT FEEDBACK REPORTS, STUDENT PLACEMENTS THROUGH CAMPUS INTERVIEWS AND OVERALL SUCCESS IN UNIVERSITY EXAMINATIONS.
